These terms apply to the Japan Help Now app and its hotel referral pages.

Travel Guidance
Japan Help Now provides general travel guidance. Hours, routes, prices, rules, availability, and emergency conditions can change. Confirm important details with current official sources and local staff. The app is not a replacement for emergency, medical, legal, immigration, or transport-operator advice.
External Services
Maps, route results, official pages, stores, and clearly labeled partner links are operated by third parties. Their prices, availability, terms, cancellation rules, and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Trip Pass
Trip Pass is shown only when verified store products are available. The price and currency displayed by App Store or Google Play control. Purchase confirmation activates only the entitlement and period returned by the store through RevenueCat. Purchases do not renew automatically unless the store product explicitly says they do. Restore, cancellation, and refund availability are governed by the store and applicable law.
Free Features
Core etiquette and emergency guidance remains available without Trip Pass. Optional paid or partner services do not make unofficial map search results verified listings.
Visitor Reports
Submit only information you are allowed to share. Do not include names, room numbers, contact details, or other sensitive personal information. Reports may be reviewed, rejected, or removed and are not published automatically.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, automate abusive submissions, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to harm another person. Access may be limited when needed to protect the service.
Availability and Changes
Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We will not intentionally remove an active paid entitlement before its verified expiry except where required for security, law, refund, or store action.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Japan Help Now is provided without a guarantee that every listing, route, or external service will be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
